Ingredients

• 1 ½ lb. chuck steak
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 envelope onion soup mix
• 3 carrots, quartered
• 2 stalks of celery, in 2" pieces
• 3 med. potatoes, pared
• 2 Tbs. water

Directions

Heat oven to 450°.

Place 24" x 18" piece of aluminum foil in baking pan and place meat on foil.

Stir mushroom soup and onion mix and spread on meat. Top with vegetables and sprinkle with water.

Fold foil over and seal. Cook 1 ½ to 2 hours.
