Recipe from the kitchen of Jan Marwitz
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup corn meal
- ½ cup corn oil (or bacon oil)
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup cream style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased baking pan or muffin tins.
Bake at 425° for 30 min. or until golden brown.
